Bug Description

Binary package hint: xchat-gnome

I don't want to see the join/part messages. But every time I restart xchat-gnome they are enabled again and I have to go disable them, for every channel individually! Please make it remember this setting.

You can turn off join/depart messages for all channels you join in the future by typing this in any xchat window:

/set irc_conf_mode 1
