Bug Description

https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/617645 probably made wxBanker 80% up to icon par, but using a 48px icon on smaller sizes doesn't look great, and on larger it looks bad. We can use SetIcons to specify a 16, 48, and 256, solving the small and large cases.
