low hanging csv import usability improvements

Some CSV import things could be improved easily:
 1. remove the "Load" profile option and make any selection change auto-load
 2. auto-preview on file selection, and remove preview button
 3. after a successful Import: 1) close the dialog and 2) select the account Imported into

Should be straightforward enough to do for 0.8.1.

#1 is implemented via rev 824: "remove the csv import load button and load automatically, when saving go to the saved, removing select the first, and add some spaces (LP: #615693)"

All done, plus a few spacing/layout improvements! A huge thanks of course to Karel for writing the whole CSV import feature in the first place, cool to see so many people using it :)

And one more thing, I added a "Cancel" button to the left of the "Import" button, for consistency / usefulness. Certainly let me know thoughts / improvements on these changes or other ideas.
