account list overlaps / cuts off calculator if too long

If the account list becomes long with many accounts (or the window is made rather small), the panel overlaps with the calculator. Most problematic is that this also hides the "Hide zero-balance accounts" and "Hide calculator" options, making it even harder to solve. The account list ctrl panel should have a scroll bar when it is too large.
