Ubuntu LiveUSB doesn't have option to install inside Windows

Bug Description
Inside the Ubuntu CD Installer , wubi has three option :
1) Live Demo
2) Install Ubuntu
3) Install inside Windows
How ever, if we create and liveUSB from ISO .. the wubi autorun only have to option :
1) Live Demo
2) Install Ubuntu
Cant get like this screenshot : http://
while using the live USB.
