Bug Description
Wubi r245 K|Xubuntu
TEST CASE
- run wubi.exe
- file the form and select xubuntu or kubuntu
- click on install
result
it tries to download a torrent then fails with a "permission denied" error. A 0byte iso file is created on c:/ubuntu/install
