wubi failed with "list index out of range" on kubuntu installation

Kubuntu Wubi 20110922

TEST CASE:
1. Download and run wubi.exe
2. Select Kubuntu and file the other information on the form
3. Click on 'Install'

Result:
Wubi downloads kubuntu iso and crashes at the end of the download with:
