Wubi needs a restricted extras button similar to ubiquity

Bug Description
A windows user will expect things like flash to be installed by default as it was on windows when they bought their machine.
It would therefore be useful to have the same option to install the 3rd party apps as is in Ubiquity to resolve this issue possibly with the idea of it being enabled by default.
