Bug Description

Upon trying to install Ubuntu from wubi in iso or download form, the md5 hash repeatedly fails regardless of a perfect download or not. After failure, it downloads the torrent of the iso and errors with "permission denied" upon attempting to install. I've run chkdsk on my drive and have found no errors. I've included the log file to help, but I don't know how to get around the error since I don't have a means to recompile the source with the corrected manifest file. This error also pertains to 10.04.
