Bug Description
Installation was set to German language in WUBI
The keyboard setting was not set to germany by ubuntu installer.
The keyboard setting was set to italian.
Changed the keyboard to german language and remove the italian language settings.
Expected behaviour:
Locale country settings match keyboard layout.
System is 9.10 AMD64
