Bug Description

I have a desktop and a laptop. Both are having the same problem with Wubi Ubuntu 9.04. They both boot and run perfectly. Except that when I return to XP sevice pack 3 the system says that I need to run CHKDSK because the hard drive seems to be corrupted. When I run CHKDSK /R It found the orphaned files. On my laptop which is Vista it had a bit map size error. It seems to me that when I install something in Ubuntu like adobe flash player. Windows or the file alloction table isnt being updated. I understand Ubuntu is installed into a file that is a fixed size so I dont really understand why I get these errors. I believe that this error could over write some of my other files? Not sure!

Can you please try Wubi 9.10 and see if the error is still there?
