Bug Description

I am running wubi rev 150 and i got this error after downloading the pgp file (on the verification step )

No i used Python23 (win version) to compile it on jaunty
I dont have any version installed on my vista !!

That should be in src/openpgp/sap/pkt/ which in turn should be extracted in the user temp folder at runtime
