boot menu entry not removed after uninstall

Bug Description
I installed ubuntu 9.04 amd64 with Wubi rev 129.
After a while I uninstalled it (via Control Panel / Add/Remove programs).
But the boot menu entry was not removed.
I'll attach the boot.ini file.

I just reproduced it on another PC (32 bit this time).
Steps:
- install Ubuntu 9.04 with Wubi from Windows XP Professional SP3
- optionally reboot and boot into Ubuntu
- uninstall Ubuntu from Windows Control Panel / Add or Remove Programs
