Kubuntu 9.04 install halts at "Formatting Swapfile" part of install

Bug Description
This bug occurs while installing Kubuntu 9.04 through Wubi Revision 134. The installer successfully installs Kubuntu, but when booting into Kubuntu, the further installation halts at the step "Formatting Swapfile (partition? can't remember)" with the % of 0 (zero).
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
*Used r134 Wubi.
*Downloaded own ISO from Ubuntu, the Kubuntu Desktop 9.04 CD ISO from the MIT Mirror. Wubi 134 successfully found the ISO.
