Disconnect forces Wubi to exit

Bug Description
If my wireless connection suddenly fails, then Wubi closes. After re-opening Wubi, it says it must uninstall Kubuntu before it can install, and then I have to take the excruciating pain of downloading the ISO again. I believe there was a feature that if you hit cancel but re-started Wubi, you could resume the ISO download in v8.19 rev 515.
Please add this to 9.04, every time my internet dies or Wubi crashes I have to get the ISO again. :(

Yes download resume is not supported at the moment in 9.04, it will be added in future version. Please attach the log after wubi closes. The log is in the user temp folder (%temp%).
