Bug Description

I use wubi to install the ubuntu 9.04 desktop edition under Windows XP SP3, the installer launches and ends up in notifying rebooting, then after restarting my computer the installation does begin, but it hangs up with the dialog saying formatting the space in the first partition on /ubuntu/disks/swap.disk device, the generated root.disk and swap.disk files are 3744MB and 256MB large on FAT32 partition since I choose 4GB for the volume size.
