Ubuntu 9.04 is not installed properly inside windows using wubi

1. Burned ubuntu-9.04-beta-desktop-i386.iso to cd and installed using wubi in my xp machine
2. Rebooted to complete the installation process it took more than 20 min to copy and configure files into machine
3. after that the desktop environment started as "LIVE SESSION USER"
4. Windows shows 15GB as space allocated for ubuntu 9.04
5. Every time when you log into ubuntu it is taking more than 20 min and logged in as a live session user.

If you need more information do specify me where i can locate the logs required to be attached.

Please report the output of:

cat /proc/cmdline

And also attach /var/log/installer/syslog if you have one
