2009-02-21 00:51:49 WubiNeophyte bug added bug
2009-02-21 01:38:18 WubiNeophyte description I'm seeing a strange graphical effect in Update Manager. The first row of text for each of the package listings appears fine, but the second gets truncated near the top. It's as if the allotted space for each entry has too vertical few pixels for the actual text expected to be displayed. I assume this is some kind of layout bug, but I'm not sure where it would be coming from. I'm on a relatively newly installed Wubi install, and have upgraded most packages to be current. I'm running the proprietary NVidia drivers, but was seeing this problem before I began using them. I'm also seeing what looks to be a related layout bug in WineCfg, but I can't be certain they are the same bug. Am willing to do some additional testing, within limits (I am a newbie), and can provide screenshots if it's desired, and if I can find a screenshot tool. FYI: If the Wine bug is related, it's blocking my upgrade path from Windows. Running under Wine is a requirement.
