English selected; Wubi continues in German (Windows locale)

Bug Description
When 'wubi' is run under Windows and 'English' is selected as the language; the remainder of the installation (under reboot) still takes place in the locale of Windows.
I can see the justification for this; though it might be more convenient to procede in the chosen language from the point of selection.

Paul, that is unfortunately a restriction of nsis. It is not possible to change the language at runtime after initialization (oninit). The only way around is to select the language in a separate dialog box shown before the main wubi dialog appears. Changing that behaviour in nsis is not practical and a bit invasive.
