Bug Description
Why does the Wubi installer still modify the config.sys file on my Windows Vista system? Can you fix Wubi so it will only modify config.sys on Windows 95/98/ME only?

The code should only edit config.sys on non-vista, non-xp system, can you pls post the log? It is in your user temp folder. I might have to do a build with extra logging in the future.
