Installtion does not proceed after migrating documents and settings prompt

Bug Description

Cannot proceed after document migration wizard (forward option is black out and it doesn't find any installations to migrate from). System is a Dell XPS laptop and Windows XP.
I've seen this problem reported in multiple forums.

That should have been fixed. Please try using wubi rev 482 from wubi-installer.org and the latest desktop ISO from cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ . Remove the old ISO before reinstalling (delete ubuntu-backup).

And if it still does not work please report it immediately
