Would need a bit more information, first guess is that you had more than one ISOs around and the wrong one was picked. Probably newer wubi versions address the issue already

This is vital. The user could download ISO from Ubuntu also and open a box to search for iso files in the hard disk or USB keydrive.

I will need more information, at this point I do not even know what version of wubi was used and it is not very clear to me what the issue at stake is.
