WUBI installed 13.04 when I was expecting it to install 12.04. Then, when I boot Ubuntu I get the message "can't read '/proc/mounts' : no such file or directory", and can only sign in as "Guest" and have no admin rights.

Bug Description
WUBI installed 13.04 when I was expecting it to install 12.04. Then, when I boot Ubuntu I get the message "can't read '/proc/mounts' : no such file or directory", and can only sign in as "Guest" and have no admin rights.
I can't login as user. If i provide password for that user. Its says invalid.
