Bug Description
If an error occurs while executing Punf its error message is incomplete sometimes.
For example the attached file MAY cause incomplete error message on consistency check.
This is most likely due to asynchronous nature of stderr scan.
Probably the calling thread needs to wait for synchronisation before reporting the reason for error.
