Bug Description
To reproduce:
- Create an STG out0- -> p0 -> out0+ where p0 is an explicit place
- Save the work into a file
- Open the file
Observed behaviour:
- The p0 place became implicit
Expected behaviour:
- The p0 place should remain explicit
