Bug Description
When there is a file called a.work and user tries to open file "a", program tries to open "a" and exception is raised.
1) If a file is not found, program should say so without raising exception
2) if there exists a file "a"+".work", the program should try opening that (providing ".work" is among the accepted extensions) even if the extension was not given
