to put more variables in woda.conf

Instead of changing default value in the code, we should put them in woda.conf
It will be better for backward compatibility, changes will be less intrusives and dba will finely tuned their databases.

Start of list:
$nCriteria
         will allow dba to reduce or increase search criterias
U1...U9 and searchResult formats
         if one wants to use more than 9, new formats will be also updated in cache (see cgiAdmReindex)
         if admin allow users to setup or refine db from web interface, it may wxants to reduce number of formats

   default value for $JS, it is curently (4.610) set to zero which mean disable if browser doesn't match Mozilla compatibility
  dba may want to change that

SWISH & SENDMAIL are already in woda.conf, I missed them.
