Genius Mouse Pen don't work properly in 'SAVE', 'SAVE AS' boxes

I use a table Genius Mouse Pen 8x6 in Ubuntu Lucid, with Gnome, but I can not make the pen acts boxes "save as ... and in "preferences" in the GIMP, and in the "Save As" from MyPaynt and Inkscape. The pen does not respond to commands for accessing folders and did not respond to commands to work in the boxes in the tasks of saving. It works perfectly in all others system programs and other features of GIMP and MyPaint and Inkscape, like draw, paint, etc. This is a bug in the driver, is not it? I am using the appropriate driver for the Lucid following the first method shown in this link: https: / / help.ubuntu.com / community / TabletSetupWizardpen.

After one of the latest updates to Ubuntu this problem disappeared!
I will test some more and if it happens again, I will send it to the Ubuntu
