Bug Description

According to http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2009/11/aero-snap-ubuntu-linux.html people want to do Windows 7, Aero-like window snap-and-expand-to-screen-edges. Thomas Thurman discusses the deal here: http://blogs.gnome.org/metacity/2010/01/21/snap/ . Winwrangler be an ideal place to implement this snapping.

I am attaching a code snippet from Thomas Thurman that tracks all window movements, but perhaps there is a non-raw-X approach using libwnck, I haven't checked...

If I ever start working on this I'll update this bug. Otherwise feel free to have a go!
