On a dual screen setup, plank and wingpanel are displayed on different screens

Bug Description
Wingpanel is displayed on my external screen while Plank is displayed on my internal screen. They should, at least, be displayed on the same screen all the time, if not, the setting should be configurable.

Setting the screen as primary using the star icon in the Loki display plug does switch Plank to the correct screen, but has no effect on the wingpanel.
