Bug Description

My wingpanel doesn't auto-adjust its alpha based on the wallpaper anymore. I can't say when this started, because it worked fine for some time. I checked with dconf editor and everything is fine there, the settings are the default ones. I'm on Freya stable, always up to date. Hardware is Sony Vaio VGN-FW11S.

OP, have you modified the system in any way such as installing a different stylesheet, changing the window manager, etc?

I had an issue with the current theme and the notification bubble text color, so I modified that part, but I can't say exactly what file was. All I remember is that there was a section with "Gala" in the name. Other than this, I didn't make any changes.

I think this can be closed, I believe it's a theme issue. I switched back to elementary's default theme and wingpanel is fine again. I already opened a bug on the theme's github page, hopefully it will get fixed somehow.
