Wingpanel moves when dragged on touch screen

Bug Description

I am able to move my wingpanel using the touchscreen. This is done easily by mistake. Using a mouse it is not possible to do so.

Only area of effect seems to be in between Applications and the date.

In the attached screenshot I dragged it to the bottom of my screen.

Running 0.3 Freya 64-bit. Bug was also present in beta2.

This bug also affects me on my touchscreen laptop. Out of the overall touchscreen experience with Freya, the wingpanel is by far the roughest one.

I also experience this bug, only when touching between the Application launcher and the date and time.

I believe my touchscreen device is an Atmel maXTouch Digitizer.
