Bug Description
I can grab the elementary menu bar and drag it across the screen on my touchscreen laptop.
Im sure this is not a feature. ;)

Wow. I really can't believe this went unnoticed. I usually don't feel like I can put stuff on confirmed, but this is just too big to ignore. Easily reproducible with a touchscreen.
