Bug Description
Working on a laptop/chromebook with limited vertical size, the top application bar takes up precious vertical space.
Please include an option (or tweak) to allow the top bar to be hidden, same as how the Plank dock has 'Always Hide' and 'Intelligent Hide' tweak options. Imlementing the same as Plank's behavior is ideal; another possible solution (although less desirable) is to allow WingPanel to be overlapped with applications windows. This could possibly be imlemented the same time as Bug #1079575.
