Bug Description

Before the window hits the top bar and gets maximized, the wingpanel already turns dark, which means that wingpanel turns a little bit too quick dark.

The animation is still slightly too fast, needs to be tweaked more.

Is the new panel in Loki still affected..? Wingpanel should use the transition speed from gala's dconf keys now.
