Bug Description
Right now, Wingpanel is failing Hooke's law.
To reproduce:
1. Move your cursor all the way to the top left corner of the screen (0,0).
2. Click.
Expected result: slingshot launches
Actual result: nothing happens
The same is true for every other button/widget in Wingpanel.
