Bug Description

The notification indicator in wingpanel often displays the wrong program as the one responsible for the notification.
Example:
When getting notification from my printer (out of paper, ...) or even "new updates available" from software centre, it is displayed under pyCharm.
Clicking on the notification opens pyCharm.

Also, sending a notification with "notify-send" seems to work properly. It is displayed as coming from the program "other".

Same problem. Telegram notification opens Enpass for me.

Same for me. Pushbullet-indicator shows as Neat-Image. After uninstalling Neat Image, it shows as Pushbullet for Desktop (which I used before)
