Wrong date abbreviating in Date Indicator

Bug Description

In French with local fr_CH (Switzerland), "août" (august) should not be abbreviating. Also, abbreviating must be ended with a dot.

I am using the "France" French and all the abbreviations seem to be correct and with correct formatting.

I am using Switzerland French in Freya. I've just tested with "France" French it's ok, but not with Switzerland French
