Bug Description

With a paired Bluetooth keyboard, the indicator is not showing that bluetooth is active after a reboot even with the keyboard working. According to the indicator, bluetooth is not active and nothing is paired.
In the Bluetooth settings everything is shown as working correctly.

Activating Bluetooth with the indicator will reconnect the keyboard and get the intended behaviour.

Loki 0.4 Beta.

The problem still seems to occur, even with the update: http://elementaryos.stackexchange.com/questions/10480/toggling-bluetooth-on-wingpanel-does-not-toggle-bluetooth-in-settings

Would it be better to reopen this ticket or file a new ticket? Thanks! :)
