For „urgency hint" windows, switch to their workspace and open them there

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
Configure applet to only show windows from the current workspace
Have a window from another workspace set the urgency hint.
Click the highlighted icon.
Result:
It will be opened in the current workspace.
Expected result:
The workspace should be switch and the window opened in it's workspace.
