Bug Description

I am not sure if this has been fixed. The bug is in the usage of SetFilePointer function. Usage of FormatMessage function is also buggy. More details and possible fixes at http://delog.wordpress.com/2011/06/27/write-ubuntu-image-file-to-sd-card-on-windows/.
