The pendrive has remained in read-only mode.

After using the program to record an image the pendrive has remained in read only mode and I can not do anything with it.

I tried to format it with several programs but I could not. I can still use it with the image I recorded but I would like to format it.

The pendrive has the ISO9660 file system. What should I do to recover it?
