Bug Description
When attempting to write a .iso file to a USB flash disk. (not a SD card) Win32Disk Imager 1.0 gives a "An error occurred when attempting to write data to handle. Error 5: Access is denied. USB FLash Disk has been formatted with FAT32 fully (Not quick format) and Win32 Disk Imager is run as administrator on Windows 8.1 64-bit.
