This is the message I get when I verify my device. I got the same message with two different devices.

Use http://releases.ubuntu.com/16.04.2/ubuntu-16.04.2-desktop-amd64.iso to test on a 16G USB Drive.

Well, that didn't take long. I got the same issue immediately on a different brand USB drive. Will deep dive into it to see what the issue is.
