Please backport acsccid 1.1.1-1 (universe) from xenial to precise, trusty, vivid, wily.

Reason for the backport:

acsccid implements SPE pseudo APDU from PC/SC v2.02.02 Part 10 Supplement. User can input the pseudo APDU to control secure PIN entry feature for PIN pad smart card readers.
