GuiManager.textBoundingBoxes can't handle rects off screen

Bug Description

uiManager.textBoundingBoxes can't handle rects off screen. If you pass it in a
rect that is entirely in the negatives compared to the screen (at least in the
Y direction) for your position rect, it will blow up and start giving you
insanely high numbers for its return rect, more insane the further off the
screen you try to push it.

Good luck on this one, it's probably embeded in the render pipeline.
