Windows without focus take a long time to load.

f the plugin does not have focus its processing footprint is decreased
automatically. If a user loads a page and does not give the plugin focus (or
clicks away to another tab while it loads) the loading process takes much
longer than it should. This gives the impression of crappy load times. Perhaps
disabling the artificial slowdown during loading, or giving a visual indication
that the plugin has lost focus (or both). Along the same lines we've had
confused users watching choppy scenes without knowing that the plugin doesn't
have focus. Maybe greying out the pocket with a message "Click to Focus" or
something would be sufficient.
