Add support for ripcord

Ripcord will be the interface for the SIP proxy, today that is kamailio. We need to add an interface for it, just like we did for payload (queue).

We'll need basically the same setup as the queues are (minus adding agents).

The fields to be enter right now will be:

username
password
domain
email_address
rpid

Here is what is returned.
