Bug Description
I think setuptools doesn't support wildcard in the package_data tuple.
Personnaly, I use Ian Bicking's script to be sure that I doesn't forget anything
it's release on the MIT licence so I think it's compatible with the GPLA licence.

Actually I was working on this with Barry just this morning. I think we have it. It was a missing include_
