libglade has been deprecated in favor of GtkBuilder. See http://library.gnome.org/devel/gtk/stable/gtk-migrating-GtkBuilder.html for migration instructions. Also see http://live.gnome.org/GnomeGoals/RemoveLibGladeUseGtkBuilder

Actually, wiican was coded long time ago, so i used libglade as the current standar. I think it's time to migrate to gtkbuilder.

Basic migration to Gtkbuilder. I think it's better now to set the signal names in the UI files and use the signal_connect, but it's out of scope of this basic migration.
